OUR STORY
Hawaii Gates was founded with the intent of bringing new creativity to the field of gates and automation. We like to do things a little differently, to make something that stands out, and creates the aw factor. Step outside of your comfort zone and start a new era of design.

oN-SITE VISIT
We come to your home or project site to for a detailed conversation about your goals and comprehensive understanding of the job.
DIGITAL DESIGN
We use state-of-the-art software to develop digital renderings of the project, affording the client to fully customize every detail and visualize the finished product.
PRODUCTION + INSTAL
Once everyone is on the same page, we proceed with engineering and production. Timelines to completion vary depending on the complexity and size of the project.
OUR STUDIO
Our manufacturing facility is located right here on Maui in Kahului.
We have capabilities to process and work with a wide variety of materials including plastics, wood and metals to accommodate the extreme range of custom project requests.
Our CNC plasma table can cut out everything from artistic leaf designs to structural brackets and components. The smaller but more precise CNC router can process wood, plastic and some composite materials with great precision for smaller projects. Vinyl die cutter machines help create templates and signs where needed. A 54″ wide format high resolution color printer allows us to really step up the signage component and accommodate clients that have multi-media needs especially for commercial projects.
We have a one-of-a-kind mobile paint booth with a 24′ capacity spray booth allowing us to create our own HVLP applied finishes in a multitude of paint formulas from automotive urethane to epoxy and beyond.
